OUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN
As much as we love working for everyone regardless, age personality, gender, or race, unfortunately at our Gaming Studio, we work on a specific targeted audience which binds us to not allow kids under 13 to use the apps.
Our Gaming Studio does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us. By using our Games, Websites, and related Services, you represent that you are at age 13 or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed our Games, Websites, and related Services and agreed to use these. All of our games are for people who are at least 13 years of age.
Please note: You can find published age recommendations on Apple’s App Store on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon App Store, and Windows App Store. However, these age or maturity classifications refer only to the content in our games (similar to movie ratings G, P.G. or PG-13 in the U.S., but related to gameplay, animations, etc.). For more on how these categories are defined, visit these support websites for Apple, Google, Amazon, and Windows. For more information on how to protect children online, please visit this link.
WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY DO WE COLLECT IT FROM YOU?
‘Personal Information’ is information or an opinion that identifies you as an individual. We collect and store your email address, where you nominate to allow our games to receive your email address correctly. If you contact us directly for any reason, we may also keep a copy of that correspondence. Your email address is collected only to keep you informed of new products and changes to our existing products.
Sensitive information is defined in the U.S. Privacy Act (1974), to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional body, criminal records or health information.
We will not attempt to obtain nor record any sensitive information.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Here, at our Gaming Studio, we highly understand a user’s perspective of sharing personal data. Hence, we will not sell, trade, rent, or disclose any of the personal information you provide to us for any reason, without your prior consent. Otherwise, your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required or allowable by law. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your Personal Information is stored offsite in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We don’t guarantee website links or Policies of authorized third parties, and you access those sites at your own risk.
In order to keep the good work going for our audience, we use IBA.
When you use our apps, third parties may collect data about your mobile device and how you use our apps to serve ads on other apps or websites that are tailored to your interests, a practice known as “interest-based advertising.” Examples of data that may be collected can include I.P. addresses, identifiers associated with your mobile device or applications on the device, how you use our apps, items you put in your basket, or any links you click on when you are in our apps. You have a choice about participating in interest-based advertising. If you wish to opt-out, please use one of the following methods:

APPENDIX A – ONLINE SAFETY and BEST PRACTICES
By engaging in online or mobile services, like those provided by Fun Games Studio 3D, you are potentially exposing yourself to safety risks. Here are some basic tips that we recommend you practice while interacting with people via the Services.
· Don’t share personal information with people you meet through Fun Games Studio 3D Services. Personal information means “information that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person or can be used with other sources to uniquely identify a single individual”. Here are some examples of personal information:
o Full name
o Phone number
o Bank details
o Home address
o Facebook ID or other similar IDs
o Websites containing information described above or information about your relatives, friends etc.
· Think twice before you share your email or instant messaging address with people via the Services. The person you shared it with may not be the one he/she claimed to be and his/her intentions may not be fully disclosed.
· Don’t send personal pictures to people you meet via the Services.
· Be careful when opening files sent from people on the Services. They can be harmful to your computer or it may not be the content that you think it is.
· We discourage having real-life meetings with people you met via the Services. If you feel safe and still want to do it, you should follow these guidelines:
o Always consult your parents or a trusted adult before you decide to meet someone. If possible, bring an adult to the encounter.
o Let people know where you’re going and when you’ll be back from the encounter.
o Always arrange the meeting in a very public place like a popular coffee shop, a busy shopping mall, or similar place.
· If you decide to tell someone your age and/or gender, be honest about it. Being dishonest about your age/gender can lead to awkward, and potentially dangerous situations.
· Take threats, cyberbullying and other illegal activity seriously! If you feel that someone is threatening, bullying or performing other illegal activities to you, or someone else on the Services – be quick to report this behavior to Fun Games Studio 3D. If you know or suspect that a criminal act has taken place or may happen, report the case to your local police.
